We Clear The Land And Haul Away What Comes Off It
Roll Off Solutions clears cedar, mesquite, brush, and trees from pasture, building sites, and overgrown lots. We pull the stumps, grade the ground, and load out the debris so you are not left with brush piles.
Tell us the acreage, what is growing on it, and what you plan to do with the land, and we will quote the job.

What We Clear
- Cedar, mesquite, and brush
- Trees and stumps
- Pasture taken over by overgrowth
- Building pads and homesites
- Overgrown lots and old fence lines
- Debris piles and leftover structures
Taking down a barn or shed on the same property? See barn and shed demolition or our full list of demolition services.
Before We Start
- Boundaries. Have your property lines and fences marked or point them out, so we clear only what is yours. Tell us which trees and ground stay.
- Underground lines. We call 811 before digging, but 811 does not locate private lines. Tell us where septic tanks, wells, and water lines to outbuildings run.
Where We Clear Land
Based in Bowie, we clear land across Montague County, Wise County, and Denton County, including rural lots well outside town. Send us the address and we will confirm it is in range.

Land Clearing FAQ
Can I burn the brush after it is cleared?
Often not. Texas allows burning brush cleared from your own property only under set conditions, and in Wise and Denton County, part of the DFW ozone nonattainment area, only when no practical alternative exists. See Texas A&M AgriLife’s burning guidance and TCEQ’s DFW status page. A burn ban can stop a burn outright, and treated lumber, shingles, and non-wood demolition debris can never be burned. We haul the debris away instead.
Do I need a permit to clear my land?
It depends on the use. Clearing and grading 1 acre or more for construction needs TCEQ construction stormwater coverage, and 5 acres or more needs a notice of intent. Agricultural land disturbance falls outside that rule. Cities can add tree ordinances, and grading or fill in a floodplain may need a local permit. Tell us the plan when you call.
Can I keep the cedar and mesquite?
Yes, just say so before we start. Cedar makes fence posts and mesquite is prized for smoking meat, so we can set good logs aside instead of hauling them.
